This matter function for cleaning oksidator and toxin in human body as result to affluent blood circulation, improve neuron system and lymph, to strengthen skin cell, to omit body stress with decay laktat acid, to open spinal orifice as result energy can reach spinal marrow also as cancer deter.Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.Side effect and other may occur cause using chlorophyllin but a temporary, stop using chlorophyllin and call your doctor if you have severe stomach cramps or diarrhea. Chlorophyllin may cause loose stools, but this should be a temporary effect.
Your urine or stools may appear green in color. This is a normal side effect of chlorophyllin and is not cause for concern.Tell your doctor about any unusual or bothersome side effect.

CHLOROPHYLLIN AS CANCER PREVENTION

Preventing cancer is a lot easier than trying to stop it once it occurs. Research shows that there are several different ways of preventing the disease, which occurs in stages that take years to unfold. The first stage involves damage to DNA. Cancer cells are essentially the body's own cells. However, they contain a corrupted version of normal DNA. DNA damage is caused by a loss of methylation patterns, and from attacks on the structure itself. Corrupted DNA gets replicated over and over as new cells are made. That's why it is critically important to prevent the damage from occurring in the first place.
The human body is constantly bombarded with damaging free radicals, not only from the environment, but from the body itself. The immune system, for example, creates free radicals to help kill pathogens. Mechanisms have evolved to counteract the damage and protect DNA. Antioxidants are the main defense. They're found both in food, and the body makes its own.
Because they protect DNA, antioxidants are an important defense against cancer. They block free radicals that can damage DNA. The degree to which they are able to neutralize free radicals can be detected in a laboratory, and many compounds have been tested for their ability to stop various types of free radicals. However, not all antioxidants are good at stopping all types of free radicals.
An anti-cancer supplement with power
One of the most potent antioxidants that has been discovered is a form of chlorophyll known as chlorophyllin. Chlorophyllin is a semi-synthetic form of the natural chlorophyll that makes plants green. It has better effects than chlorophyll, and has been extensively tested for many years. Chlorophyllin, it turns out, is very good at blocking two types of free radicals that occur in food: heterocyclic amines and aflatoxin. Aflatoxin is a toxin from a fungus that grows on grains such as corn and rice. It is highly carcinogenic, and causes liver cancer. It cannot be seen on food, but if present, can harm a person without them knowing it.
Heterocyclic amines are chemicals created when food is cooked, particularly at high temperature. According to the Cooked Food Mutagen Reference List and a report in Food Chemistry and Toxicology, food exposes the human body to as many carcinogens as cigarette smoke. Grilled meat, fried potatoes, broiled fish-these foods contain heterocyclic amines. Ironcially, when the body metabolizes these by-products in an attempt to get rid of them, it converts them into carcinogens.Oneway heterocyclic amines and aflatoxin cause cancer is by generating DNA-damaging free radicals. Vitamin C is an antioxidant most people are familiar with. And while it's very good for many things, vitamin C doesn't have what it takes to stop this kind of damage. Chlorophyllin and I3C (a phytochemical from cruciferous vegetables) have been proven the most powerful against aflatoxin and heterocyclic amines. It appears that they work in different ways, and may also work in a complimentary way. They are very powerful-more powerful, even, than the body's own antioxidant, glutathione.Chlorophyllin also goes after free radicals generated by other things such as x-rays and sunlight. It reduced a type of DNA damage from x-rays 90% in one study. This is remarkable protection. Chemotherapeutic drugs are another source of free radicals. Free radicals from chemotherapy damage healthy tissue; sometimes a chemo drug cannot be used because of this side effect. In a study on cyclophosphamide, chlorophyllin significantly reduced bone marrow damage without interfering with the drug's anticancer effect.
Neutralizes carcinogens
But that's not all chlorophyllin can do. Studies show that in addition to being a powerful antioxidant, chlorophyllin can actually latch onto carcinogens such as heterocyclic amines and prevent them from binding to DNA. For this reason, it has been called an "interceptor molecule". When chemicals attach themselves to DNA, it causes an "adduct". Adducts prevent DNA from being replicated normally when cells divide. It's important to prevent this type of damage so that DNA will replicate normally and not create the potential for cancer. Chlorophyllin is able to intercept cancer-causing agents because of its unique chemical structure.
It's one thing to know chlorophyllin has anti-cancer effects at the molecular level; it's another to know that these effects will translate into something visible. Will an "excess of chlorophyllin in the diet" prevent cancer, as researchers at the New York Medical College predict it will?
The highest rate of aflatoxin-induced liver cancer in the world occurs in the Qidong province in China. If chlorophyllin's benefits are going to show up, they'll show up here. Researchers from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health are in the process of doing a study to see if chlorphyllin supplements will make a difference. So far they have determined that if chlorophyllin is taken three times a day with meals, it reduces aflatoxin carcinogens in the body by 55%. They estimate that this simple, cost-effective approach will delay the development of liver cancer in Qidong province by 20 years. That's 20 years on top of the approximate 20 years it takes for the cancer to develop in the first place. (This "pushing back" of cancer's appearance for two decades could save the U.S. millions of lives, and billions of dollars in healthcare costs.)
The Johns Hopkins study relates to aflatoxin, but chlorophyllin prevents liver cancer caused by other things as well. It has been proven in rodents that chlorophyllin also prevents liver cancer caused by a nitrosamine found in beer and hard liquor. Nitrosamines are extremely potent carcinogens that also turn up in "lunch meat," hotdogs and the like.
Other cancers
Another cancer thad in conjunction with chlorophyllin is colon cancer. Both chlorophyllin and I3C are powerful at stopping this type of cancer in the early stages. Research shows that chlorophyllin inhibits a precancerous condition known as "aberrant crypt foci" by about 90% in rats treated with the most prevalent heterocyclic amine in fried beef (i.e., hamburgers). I3C was 100% effective in the same study. Both work by keeping the heterocyclic amine from being metabolized. Stopping the metabolism of dangerous chemicals so that they don't become carcinogenic is another way that chlorophyllin works against cancer-in addition to stopping free radicals and intercepting toxins.
Chlorophyllin has been tested in human breast cancer cells. Researchers at the University of Kentucky tested eight cancer-preventive agents, including chlorophyllin, against chemically-induced DNA adducts. Chlorophyllin was one of the top three DNA defenders, inhibiting adducts by greater than 65%. Genistein and ellagic acid came in second at greater than 45% inhibition.
The effective dose of chlorophyllin needed to protect DNA is low, making it the most potent DNA protection available in such a small package. According to the studies done so far, a person should take 2 to 4 mg per kilogram of body weight. (Note: a kilogram is 2.2 pounds).

NATURAL SUBSTACE FOR ASTHMA THREATMENT
Asthma is caused due to bronchiolar constriction is the lungs. It is basically an allergic reaction against certain allergens such as pollens, dust and smoke. Medicines are commonly used for its treatment but they are not advisable for some people due to severity of side effects in them. In these cases natural substances and herbs are used for treatment, which are very effective.
Several combinations can be used for treatment. First one is the use of half tea spoon of cinnamon powder mixed with one tea spoon of honey before going to bed, daily. 8 to 10 cloves of garlic are boiled in one cup of milk should also be used daily. This prevents allergens from entering the lungs.
Figs contain natural agents which are useful in the treatment of asthma. They are soaked in water for the whole night and are eaten early in the morning. This treatment is although slow but is very effective one. Its combination with the first method can increase its effectiveness.
There are some preventive measures which are advised to the patients. They should use excess of vitamin C and magnesium in their diet. This will increase bronchioles strength and decrease in the magnitude of allergic reaction. Sulfur dioxide products aggravate the problem so they should be avoided. Smoke, Pollen and dust are the main allergens and the patient must keep himself away from them. Flu should be treated early because in flu there is an excess secretion of mucus in the respiratory passages and if it lasts for long time, chances of asthma attack are increased. Patient should drink water in excess. At least 10 glasses a day are advised. Regular exercise is necessary to enhance lung function and consequently its strength. This will lead to strong bronchioles with less likelihood of constriction.

ASTHMA NATURAL CURE
Many people suffer from asthma and the degrees of its severity vary in each case. Medical treatments for treating asthma often times include the use of steroids to help open up airways and help prevent an asthma attack, while short term treatments include prescribed medicines that immediately relieve symptoms as their occur.
There are people suffering from this disease who prefer to use a more natural approach to relieving or curing asthma because they feel that long-term use of the drugs involved to treat asthma, which includes steroids, can cause damaging side effects that could complicate their health beyond the asthmatic condition they suffer from. Pregnant women and children are particularly vulnerable to some of these side effects after long term use.
To solve this dilemma, many asthma suffers turn to asthma natural cures to relieve or eliminate symptoms.
Relaxation and stress elimination is one way to relieve asthma through breathing exercises that literally slow down one's breathing sometimes causing hyperventilation. There are two well-known methods to do this: The Buteyko Breathing Technique, which includes relaxation exercises, stress relieving exercise medication use, and tips on general health and nutrition. The other method is called Papworth, which encourages an asthma sufferer to find a breathing rate using diaphragmatic breathing exercises that works to reduce symptoms of asthma. In the United States, it is hard to find someone practicing the art of these techniques, so it is best to gain information via a book or video.
Yoga has also been very effective in treating asthma. The benefits of stretching and posing are enhanced with proper breathing (referred to as pranayama), which has shown to calm or reduce the effects of an asthma attack. Since yoga exercise is also a stress reliever and a way to relax, it is very similar to the Buteyko and Papworth methods with the inclusion of exercise.
Exercising and keeping fit for asthma patients is a key way to help keep symptoms under control because exercise helps maintain and strengthen lung capacity and gets the blood circulating throughout your body, which helps asthmatics breath easier. Those who choose exercise as a asthma natural cure should keep in mind that it is best to work out in a warm environment as cold can bring on asthma symptoms.
Alternative treatments for a natural asthma cure also involve acupuncture, although there isn't enough evidence to prove how successful it is. Homeopathy is said to encourage the body's ability to cure itself using small amounts of homeopathic remedies, but this treatment is unproven as well and not highly recommended. Nor is there any evidence that massage or chiropractic treatments help asthma patients, although many swear that a chiropractitioner has helped them overcome asthma attacks. Others rely on herbs like gingo and buterbur to treat asthma. These should be taken with care and side effects noted, because it is not yet known how and why they work.
Ideally, if you decide you would like to treat your asthma the natural way for relief, you can work with your physician and discuss natural treatments that are available. Natural cures for asthma are great if they work, and if they don't it's important to take the advice of your physician.

franchise

The Reality of Initial Fees in Determining Which Franchise to Choose
Often, when franchise buyers are interested in shopping for a franchise they will pick up a franchise directory of all the franchises listed, and they will start looking in the category in which they wish to participate, perhaps, it is in the industry that they have worked in for a number of years. That's all well and good, but something that strikes me when interviewing potential franchisees, is that too many of them are shopping on franchise fees alone.
In other words, they are looking at the franchise fee and they want to go with a company that has the lowest initial fee. This is a huge mistake, because every franchise is different and it's like comparing apples and oranges. One franchise company may have a large up front franchise fee, but it may have lower royalties, less startup cost, better training, and much more franchisee support; support that you are very much going to need once you start your business.
Often, newer franchisors will lower their franchise fee just under the amount of their larger franchise rivals. But you must also know that there is a five to one failure rate amongst new franchisors, meaning that your franchisor could go at a business and leave you holding the bag, and the only reason you bought from that particular franchising company was because they had a lower initial fee? Are you beginning to see the problem here?
There's a lot more that goes into buying a franchise than just comparing initial franchise fees. Normally the Franchise Disclosure Documents are over 250 pages long, filled it with detailed information about the purchase of the franchised outlet franchises are complicated investment, so you have to do your homework, take a lot of notes, and compare all those notes. Please consider all this.

How Much Money Can You Make in a Franchise - Some Franchisors Will Tell You
The matter of earnings claims in franchising has been one of the most litigated issues in the industry. The reason is some franchisors do not give earnings claims, because they realize that it's really hard to tell how much one of their franchised individual outlets will make, and if they give a rough estimate or average of the sales receipts of their other units, they realize it's no guarantee.
It serves as a general guideline and an average, but you must also understand that the average human has one boob. So you can see the problem with statistics and averages.
Further, just because a franchisor gives earnings claims in their Franchise Disclosure Documents does not mean that the franchisee is going to make that kind of money without putting in hard work, lots of hours, and they will have to follow the franchisor's procedures, and the information in the confidential operations manual explicitly. Still, there is no guarantee; there are so many other factors.
For instance, an economic recession could come along, and none of the franchisees will make the earnings claims that were put forth the FDD or Franchise Disclosure Documents, or an individual franchisee might find themselves in the midst of a price war with a local competitor. Then there are issues with the franchisee himself, perhaps he lacks the business acumen, management skills, ability to delegate, the skill to motivate, or he is clearly undercapitalized and lacks the working capital he needs to really succeed.
Indeed, I find it odd that franchisees will look at earnings claims then take the franchise fee and the total initial investment and calculate a return on investment, and then make your choices from that. It's important to know this information and it's wonderful that many franchisors have worked so hard to give the best possible earnings claims figures, in the most accurate way.
But in the end they don't mean anything really. That is my opinion others in the franchising industry have theirs, as do the regulators. Please consider all this.

Interview With a Prospective Franchisee
Name: Carina Mäkelä
Professional background: Research & Marketing (private and NFP sector).
This is an interview with a lady who has done her homework in investigating the opportunity that franchising will provide her in starting up her own business. She won a free copy of my e-book in the competition I ran last month.
1. What is your career position at the moment?
"I am currently in the process of finishing a due diligence process with a franchiser I have chosen, after three months research into franchises and some very hard thinking! I now need to finish my Business Plan, get feedback from the franchiser as well as a professional business adviser. I've already secured an accountant, have short-listed my solicitors and talked to a franchise manager at a bank. My hope is to get started as soon as possible!"
2. What steps have you gone through in your decision making to want to buy a franchise or become self-employed?
As a first step I went to a number of Franchise Expos, attended loads of workshops to get a really good, realistic view of franchise and talked to a lot of franchisers at the show.
I then contacted a service that matches a candidate with the correct franchise according to the candidate's preferences - all for free! This service gave me a good indication of the types of franchise to go for i.e. which ones match my skill set and business expectations in terms of financial aspect and job satisfaction.
Thirdly, as I have never run my own business before, I attended a number of enterprise/start-up courses and workshops, of which Shelley's was one of the most informative ones as it kept on going even after the workshop had ended! Knowing somebody in the field who is able to provide professional advice on a personal level is so very valuable!
Finally, I did some research into realistic demands of running your own business and, most importantly, whether I had all it takes! You have to be extremely honest with yourself during this process as having a dream of being your own boss and actually coping with the loneliness and insecurity of running your own business, and therefore not having a security of a regular salary, may cause some stress! On the other hand, setting up your own start-up business and setting up a franchise with a support network in place are two very different things!
3. Which tools/resources did you find most helpful?
The most important stages in my process have been looking at my own capabilities; equipping myself with appropriate knowledge by attending the right type of courses and workshops where you have access to real life experience and knowledge; as well as accessing franchise directories which you can use as a first step to start narrowing down your options.
There is a vast amount of literature available regarding franchising, some of which is free e.g. Which Franchise, Business Link and various banks' franchise leaflets. They offer great advice on the type of information you want to draw from the franchiser, what to expect and how to go about making your dream real e.g. getting the financing in place, legal requirements, etc.
4. What advice would you give anyone else who may only be starting their journey of 'self-employment' discovery?
You can start by doing a SWOT analysis on yourself, really understanding your skill set and how it can work for you. Also, be honest with yourself about what you like and dislike - this will save you loads of time later. Start your research, be open and don't necessarily rule out franchises because they don't sound sexy enough - they can still provide excellent return on investment, provided you're willing to work hard and follow the business model right down to the letter!
Do your research: franchise (brand image, industry?); franchiser (do you get on, is he supporting you on his own?); business model; your competition; your area; etc. Talk to as many in the field as possible and attend as many events as you can - you never know what's around the corner! And don't get scared - you are not alone doing this! You can always get useful advice and support - that's the best bit!

allergic in children what is about ?

Food allergies develop in around five percent of children. These allergies occur when the child's body reacts to the food consumed as if it were a toxin or something that is harmful to the body and treats it as such. Antibodies are then produced by the immune system in order to protect the body against that specific food. Allergies are often confused with food intolerance, but these are not the same thing. Some of the most common types of allergies are allergies toward cow's milk, nuts, gluten and eggs.
There are several symptoms that may indicate the presence of an allergy. These include an itchy throat, nausea, diarrhea, swelling of the throat, difficulty in breathing and coughing to name a few. While most children tend to outgrow their food allergies by the age of five or six, some allergies such as allergies to nuts tend to remain with the child for life. Occasionally allergies can be severe and potentially lethal which can result in anaphylactic shock.
There are no specific cures for these allergies; however there are a few tests which can be done to deduce whether or not the child is indeed allergic to something. Once this is known then the particular food types can be avoided to prevent any further allergic reactions. One test involves a blood test in which specially trained doctors examine the sample in a detailed analysis to find out exactly what type of allergies the child has. Another test is a simple prick test whereby the skin is pricked and the specific food is put onto the skin to see if a reaction develops.
Coping with these allergies often occurs without problems and needs a simple change in dietary habits. With some allergies like gluten, milk, egg and nuts it can be more difficult since many foods contain these products.
Parents are advised to educate the care-givers of the children as well as the children themselves so that they can learn what they can and cannot eat. If they are lucky, within a few years they will outgrow the allergy and be able to eat these foods as an adult.

how to check if tou have bad breath

Bad breath also known as halitosis is a common problem for most people. It is when your mouth has a terrible odor which can be most embarrassing when you come in contact with others. However, as terrible as bad breath may be, what is even worse is not knowing that you have it. The truth is, not even your closest friend will want to tell you because they are afraid they might embarrass you.
So How To Check If You Have Bad Breath Then?
There are some things that you can do to diagnose yourself. Here are a few of them that you can use:
1. Place both of your palms together so that there are no spaces between them. Now bring both palms towards your mouth and breath slowly through your mouth. Here is the trick: You see while you are breathing through your mouth, you wont be able to inhale simultaneously so you have to be quick. Exhale through your mouth into your palms for a long period so that if there is an odor it will linger a bit. Now inhale quickly through your nostrils. If you have bad breath, you will smell it this way.
2. Another thing you could do is to roll your tongue back into your head but not to far to have a choke. Now stick your finger inside your mouth and rub it in your saliva (make sure your hands are clean). Allow your hands to dry for about a minute or two then smell it. If you have halitosis, you will smell the effects on your hand.
Knowing if you have bad breath is very important. The fact is that even your closest friend will be afraid to tell you with the fear that they might embarrass you. If you follow the tips above and found out that you have bad breath commonly known as halitosis, then worry not. There is A Safe, Natural, Home Remedy that you can use to cure bad breath in as little as 3 days. This is a proven solution and you can check it out by Clicking here now!

The best teeth whitening to get perfect smile

Why a dazzling honest smile is so cherished? Presenting beautiful white and shining teeth in a fantastic smile awakens kindness and tender feelings. Gorgeous smile opens the access to better jobs choices and makes easy friendships. This is why people fancy white and striking teeth.
It is no surprise then that a lot of people don't think twice if they need to use up the cash on teeth whitening. They would like happily go through any procedure, as unlikable t it can be, just to put on view that perfect smile.
Some might be blessed with those really white teeth, which are resembling astonishing set of pearls. But even they have to bear the consequences of the natural discoloring of their choppers. And this is done very easy just by consuming everyday drinks like coffee or tea, having red wine or different type of juices, in particular those with red or purple color, like black currant. The teeth of the people who smoke, are transforming into yellow. Additionally, the discoloration may happen quite often caused by cracks on the teeth or using antibiotics.
To obtain the white teeth smile, teeth whitening is the approach. Although there very many different methods of making teeth white, the whitening procedure is based on one simple formula. Without taking away or harming the tooth surface the teeth will be able to get lighter shade of their original color.
So, how can the teeth whitening be achieved? These are two widespread techniques to get the finest results.
Bleaching Bleaching is by far the most trendy way of whitening teeth but it might be not suitable for everybody. The dentist will establish if bleaching is the correct course of action. He will also know which products to apply or he will treat the teeth in his office. This would be the most likely step.
The reason for that is that with bleaching one has to be very cautious. Before the procedure, the dentist puts protective shield on the gums. The shield may be either gel or rubber. The next move is applying the bleaching product to the teeth. This is performed with the help of exclusive trays or mouth guards that are shaped to fit the teeth and they are put in the patient's mouth. The dentist will make an imprint of the patient mouth/teeth during the very first appointment and the tray will be set for the visits that will follow.
The bleaching agent contains one or both of those active ingredients: carbamide peroxide and hydrogen peroxide. The both chemicals interface in such way, that they in fact use oxygen that gets into the teeth enamel to make your teeth whiter.
To successfully close the treatment the dentist and the patient need some weeks time from the very first appointment for preparing for the mouth guard. Then, determined by on the product, the bleaching sessions of ca. 30 minutes to 1 hour each will follow. The dentist will choose how many follow ups should occur.
Although the results of teeth whitening can be very impressive, many people complain about hypersensitive gums and have troubles with eating and drinking after the therapies.
Laser Whitening Well, this procedure is without doubt not for everybody's purse as it is quite pricey. However, like with many other things in life, also with teeth whitening you get what you pay for as it is probably the best answer for teeth whitening. Apart of price, another downside to this therapy is, that not everyone may go through this treatment and just the dentist can resolve if the patient's teeth are suitable for the procedure.
Here again, the dentist will apply a special guard to safeguard the gums. Then the dentist paints the whitening product on the patient's teeth, which is followed by laser ray directed to the painted teeth. The laser is required as it stimulates the bleaching component in the whitening paint, which again increases speed of the whitening process itself.
This technique is really incredibly effective. The patient's teeth become visually whiter and brighter after just one sitting and the whitening results keeps up much longer, too. There might be adverse aftereffects comparable to those of regular tooth bleaching. For the sensibility of the gums and teeth, the dentist may advice to use a special toothpaste.
It does not matter what method is taken. Most important is the protection of the patient and the whitening teeth should be done if possible by the dentist. The end product will be stunning and the breathtaking smile will be worth of all the suffering.

Instanteneous teeth whitening via laser

For the quickest results, laser teeth whitening is beats them all. Your teeth are whiter as soon as the laser treatment session is done. You have to wait days to see the results of other treatment types. Lots of people are utilizing this option due to the fast results. When you require it done today because of some event tomorrow, laser whitening is your answer.
Here is how it is done:
1. Cleaning Teeth.
Initially the dental assistant cleans your teeth. This is key because germs and plaque that are on your teeth have a huge effect on the whitening process.
The present condition of your teeth significantly affects the outcome. That is why they have to be cleaned first.
2. Whitening gel applied - then laser used.
Once your teeth are cleaned, the dental assistant will put the whitening gel on your teeth. Then comes the laser treatment.
The function of the laser here is to enhance the whitening process of the gel. Without laser, it would take several minutes or hours before the gel can penetrate your teeth. With laser, the whitening ingredients in the gel are instantly activated so it will yield results in seconds.
One session is not enough for bad cases of discoloration. Occasionally, more sessions are needed to obtain the wanted results.
For those having light teeth discoloration, generally one treatment is sufficient.
Are you ready for some laser whitening?
Any teeth whitening by a professional, including laser type, will cost more than an over-the- counter product. You may suffer a little sticker shock compared to buying an at home treatment product. Shop around for the best laser treatment price by checking on the internet, local ads, calling the dentists in your area, yellow pages, etc.
You will likely be glad to spend the extra amount to get the laser treatment because of the instant, excellent results. It sure beats spending your money on something that will take several treatments spread out over a period of time.

How to choice wear and keep a parfume

Here are some basic useful tips that will come in handy when you have to choose and wear a perfume.
The right perfume is the one we wear casually
A perfume can smell great on someone, and stink on someone else
Try perfumes in the morning. Your nose is sharper, and the sense of smell has not been spoiled yet by all the different odors of the day
Try no more than three perfumes at the time. With more than three the nose starts to get confused, besides, you will forget where you sprayed what
Women: spray the perfume on your wrists; men: spray it on the back of your hand
Let it evaporate without rubbing the skin
Smell it without bringing your nose too close
Spray the perfume upwards, and let it fall on your skin
If you are using a non-spray bottle, put it where the skin is thinner. The blood flowing right underneath will make the skin warmer, helping release the fragrances gradually. Examples of these parts would be: the temples, the back of the neck, the inner part of the elbow, wrists, ankles, the hollow between the breasts
If you want an even more extraordinary effect, spray it on your hair (make sure it is clean!)
A perfume is not a deodorant, so do not spray it under the armpits. Other areas you want to avoid are the back of the ears and the central part of the back
Careful with quantity. Too much perfume is un-cool, unsexy, will annoy people around you, and can even cause headache
Perfume has etiquette too, so try to follow it. It should not be worn in hospitals and at funerals, for example
Most perfumes contain oils, so make sure you do not spray them directly on delicate materials, like jewelry, furs, or clothes
Avoid intense sun exposure before and after wearing a perfume, as this may cause allergic reactions or unaesthetic skin marks
Some perfumes are made to last others are more evanescent. Besides, the same perfume can have a different duration on different skins
Feel free to bring the bottle with you and re-spray it, but no more than twice in a day
Use the perfume together with other body products of the same line, as they will be made of the same fragrances that will strengthen the perfume duration.
Never use the perfume with different fragrances and perfumes, as they will alter the perfume's personality and weaken its duration.
To make a perfume last longer, keep the bottle tightly closed, do not keep it open for more than one minute
Avoid direct exposure to light and heat
Even if you are very careful, after a couple of years any perfume will change anyway. So... finish the bottle as fast as you can
If your perfume smells different, it could also be that you smell it different. Illnesses, hormones, emotions, diet, they all change our perception of smells and how our skin reacts to perfumes

how to style different types of emo hair style
Emo Hairstyles are the latest hot and happening trend in the world of fashion. Earlier considered as the twin face of punk, this style is now considered attractive and has gained wide acceptance among the young and hip-hop communities. These hairstyles are considered to be not just fashionable but also very 'sexy.' There is a cultural freedom that is on the rise among today's youngsters which has led to the increased popularity of Emo hairstyles.
An Emo haircut is often asymmetrical and is illustrated by bright and vivid splurges of illuminating highlights on deep colored hair; most people prefer black or deep brunette. The highlights are usually random and can be of a single color tone or a mix of varied shades like cherry red, purple, blue, green, violet or simply white. One of the myths associated with this hair fashion is that it is only for those who have long hair. But this is entirely false; there are plenty of Emo hairstyles for those who sport a short look.
There is no definite meaning to the word 'Emo'. Today's youth associate this word with a lot of things like music, culture, fashion, appearance and one's individuality. Emo hairstyles symbolize the uniqueness and distinctive personality of the individual; hence an extensive amount of time is spent in front of the mirror trying to achieve the perfect and desired style. This hair fashion is venerated by those who refused to be stereotyped by society.
There are different types of Emo hairstyles. The short Emo hairstyle is more commonly preferred by males though an increasing number of females now sport this look. It involves short and spiky cuts with real long bangs that fall in a long fringe and is brushed to one side of the face so as to partially or completely cover one eye. This fringe becomes the personal canvas and can be streaked using bright highlights of your choice.
The long Emo haircut is essentially long, shaggy and layered with the bangs falling in a fringe to one side of the face as in short styles. It is more popular to have the fringe brushed to the right side so as to frame the face. Once again, the fringe is highlighted and streaked to convey your personal expression.
It is the Emo bangs that are the true trademark of Emo hairstyles; it is easy to achieve these for those who have natural straight hair. But those with frizzy, curly or wavy hair have to depend on the plethora of hair-styling products that are available these days to tame the hair to achieve these perfect bangs.
You can either go in for a professional cut or give yourself one at home with the help of a friend. To style your hair Emo, use hair sprays or gels that stiffen the hair and allow you to create shag or spikes; do this after shampooing your hair for better results. Blow-dry the hair completely dry once the spikes are shaped and use more gel to maintain the look. Never use a brush or comb once you have set your hair Emo fashion. Use a strong-hold hairspray to hold the style in place. A spray shine can also be used to add brightness and spunk to your hairstyle. Unlike popular belief, Emo hairstyles are not damaging to your hair; over-straightening or over-bleaching is the only way you can cause damage.
Emo hairstyles are for all those who are tired of the boring and conventional haircuts every parlor or saloon offers. Instead, grab a pair of scissors and razor and some bright colored dyes and get the Emo haircut you have always secretly desired. Remember, the fun lies in the creativity so go ahead and play around with colors; after all it is your hair and who you are.

How to naturally healyour skin with naturally stimulant

In the booming industry of collagen skin care products, it can be tricky to select an anti aging regimen that actually works. Dozens upon dozens of brands put out creams claiming to replenish skin collagen, so the process of choosing a product can be daunting unless you know what to avoid and what to look for.
In this article, it's my goal to provide you with a brief but educational overview of existing procedures and methods of collagen skin care available in the market.
Let's start with the method you should avoid. Unfortunately, it's also the most popular one. I am referring, of course, to anti-aging creams with actual collagen content. Using these creams will bring none of the effects you seek in a collagen stimulating cream, for the plain and simple reason that the skin is incapable of absorbing collagen.
The protein collagen is made up of molecules that are too big to pass through the first and outermost layer of the skin, therefore making a skin cream containing collagen completely pointless.
Then there are collagen injections. This utilizes amounts of collagen that are injected to plump up or refirm certain areas of the skin, such as the lips. This procedure is actually very effective, the results are almost instant, and very noticeable.
Most people would not go for this procedure because is often times very painful, and requires a period of recovery or down time. Collagen injections are also quite expensive, and the results of these procedures only last for a few months before re-treatment is necessary if sustained results are desired.
The best method by far is collagen stimulation. Like collagen skin creams, these products are easy to apply, and like collagen injections, these products show actual anti-aging results. The difference is, unlike the two previously discussed methods, collagen stimulants aim to promote your own body's collagen production, so the results are natural and sustainable.
An interesting collagen stimulation product to note, contains a substance called Cynergy TK, which is taken from the wool of a special kind of sheep in New Zealand. Cynergy TK is proven (in many scientific studies and clinical tests) to succeed in boosting collagen and elastin production, and regrowing new skin cells, both of which result in new youthful skin.
This amazing substance is available in New Zealand, but I have been buying it from the internet and using it (with stellar results) recently.
I would recommend Cynergy TK to anyone. Don't take my word for it though. A little simple research on your part will do wonders in convincing you that collagen stimulants are a great way to turn back the clock and revive your skin's glory days.

SKIN CARE TIPS FOR LIFE

Skin care products world wide have claimed to give people a more youthful appearance. But how often is that really true? Are your skin care products actually giving you the results you want? Perhaps its time to stop covering up those wrinkles and actually make them vanish! Here's a few pointers...
Antioxidants I'm sure you have heard in the magazines, newspapers, and on television about the wonders of Antioxidants and how they can help you live a longer, healthier, and more prosperous life. But do you really know how antioxidants work? It actually very interesting. When a cells age, they become increasingly "oxidized". Or to be more specific, damaged by free radicals. What that means is that the cell is being exposed to wear from unstable oxygen molecules, which wear at the cellular structure. Now don't worry! This is common and happening in everyone, and the body has its own anti oxidant system, which slows the aging process. But we can always help our bodies out by eating foods high in anti oxidants, such as Acai or Blueberries or many other options.
The latest experiments have determined that the main way to actually increase a persons lifespan may actually be calorie restriction. And no im not talking about monitoring the amount of calories one digests, but actually increasing the bodies ability to restrict its own calorie intake. The best way some scientists now believe to do that, is to take Resveratrol supplements. Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant that not only restricts calorie intake but also fights free radical damage, slowing the aging process and preventing cancer at the same time.
Some researchers, and many enthused experts now consider Resveratrol to be one of the best tools in anti aging. They say Resveratrol improves the bodies ability to restrict calorie intake, which has been traced to a more youthful appearance, more energy, and a longer lifespan. Not only does it do that, but it also contains some of the highest levels of anti oxidants naturally available. This helps your body naturally heal its self to keep you healthy, happy and looking young.

HOW TO CURE SNOORING, POSITION, HEALTH OR LIFE STYLE, WHICH ONE IS TOTALY WRECKING YOUR SLEEP

Although many find snoring hilarious, did you know that 50% of normal adults suffer from occasional snoring. Half of those are compulsive snorers! Unfortunately for this percentage, snoring is no laughing matter. The ill-effects of this terrible affliction can ravage your relationships, your mental state and also physical health.
Many people are driven by a desire to know how to cure snoring and opt for numerous pills, potions, sprays, devices and contraptions. There is no real evidence to support that any of these so called "cures" actually work. Rather than go through the indignity and worry of all the above, perhaps you should first consider other options on how to cure snoring.
The first thing you should always consider is your actual sleeping position. Believe it or not there have been many stories of "magical cures" for snoring from simply changing the way you lie in bed. Many people report the problem occurs when sleeping on your back. This may be due to fact that this position actually constricts the throat and causes your air passage to be obstructed. Although perfectly safe, this may well lead to snoring.
When lying on your side, these passages will no longer be blocked and additionally your jaw should drop to stop any obstructions to your breathing at all. You may even have heard of the tennis ball trick before. This involves sewing a tennis ball into the back of your pajamas to help you avoid lying on your back. However, let's think about this carefully - all you're actually doing is disturbing your night's sleep!
Your next tip to stop snoring is you should seriously consider whether you need to lose any weight or not. Often your snoring may be due to excess flabby areas around your throat, neck and chin area. This only increases your chances of snoring. Also think about the overall health benefits of losing a few pounds.
If you really need to know how to cure snoring, you will need to very closely scrutinize your lifestyle in general. Do you drink too much? This can lead to irregular sleeping patterns. Being constantly tired from not only being jabbed in the ribs by your partner every 10 minutes, but also from the excesses of alcohol. Do you smoke? Cigarettes will effect the tissues in your throat and can also lead to a build up of mucus, which can cause you to snore.
Can't stand the thought of another sleepless night?

TIPS TO GET CAR WASH

Many car-owners take great pride in washing their own cars, making it a habitual event once a week. Others, who are not so enthusiastic and who are probably more prone to lazy genetics tend to let the elements such as rain take care of the grime and dirt on their vehicle.
This often results in a poorly maintained vehicle with faded and damaged paintwork. Some people cannot afford to take their car to the car wash on a regular basis and have to resort to washing their own cars. A home car wash can turn out just as well as a professional car wash provided that you know what you are doing. Here are a few tips:
· Make sure that you use a proper car cleaning product and avoid using household products. Many people make this mistake by using household cleaning products. This is problematic as these products are not designed to clean vehicles and their corrosive properties can often lead to further damage.
· Use the right type of cleaning aid. Try to avoid using dish cloths, rags or other aids but opt instead for a large sponge which has no rough surfaces to it. A dishcloth and other rags can damage the vehicle by leaving scratches.
· The best way to wash your car is to pour water over it to remove the main portion of dust and dirt. Add the car wash product and leave it to dissolve the dirt for a few minutes. You can then rub the car down with your sponge and rinse with water from the roof top downwards.
· Tires and windows should always be cleaned last.
· It is a good idea to apply a good quality wax polish to your car which will help to prevent damage and fading from sun exposure and other types of damage. This should be applied after the car has been dried off.
Washing your vehicle regularly and using the correct products and cleaning methods will help to prolong the condition of the paint and bodywork of your vehicle and give it an overall newer, shinier appearance.

FISIHING

Sep 26, 2009

FISHING
Fishing is the activity of catching fish. Fish are normally caught in the wild. Techniques for catching fish include hand gathering, spearing, netting, angling and trapping.
The term fishing may be applied to catching other aquatic animals such as shellfish, cephalopods, crustaceans, and echinoderms. The term is not usually applied to catching aquatic mammals, such as whales, where the term whaling is more appropriate, or to farmed fish. In addition to providing food, modern fishing is also a recreational sport.
Recreational and sport fishing describe fishing for pleasure or competition. Recreational fishing has conventions, rules, licensing restrictions and laws that limit the way in which fish may be caught; typically, these prohibit the use of nets and the catching of fish with hooks not in the mouth. The most common form of recreational fishing is done with a rod, reel, line, hooks and any one of a wide range of baits or artificial lures such as spinners or 'dry flies'. The practice of catching or attempting to catch fish with a hook is generally known as angling. In angling, it is sometimes expected or required that fish be returned to the water (catch and release). Recreational or sport fishermen may log their catches or participate in fishing competitions.
Big-game fishing describes fishing from boats to catch large open-water species such as tuna, sharks and marlin. Sport fishing (sometimes game fishing) describes recreational fishing where the primary reward is the challenge of finding and catching the fish rather than the culinary or financial value of the fish's flesh. Fish sought after include marlin, tuna, tarpon, sailfish, shark and mackerel although the list is endless.

Fishing techniques
There are many fishing techniques or methods for catching fish. The term can also be applied to methods for catching other aquatic animals such as molluscs (shellfish, squid, octopus) and edible marine invertebrates.
Fishing techniques include hand gathering, spearfishing, netting, angling and trapping. Recreational, commercial and artisanal fishers use different techniques, and also, sometimes, the same techniques. Recreational fishers fish for pleasure or sport, while commercial fishers fish for profit. Artisanal fishers use traditional, low-tech methods, for survival in third-world countries, and as a cultural heritage in other countries. Mostly, recreational fishers use angling methods and commercial fishers use netting methods.
There is an intricate link between various fishing techniques and knowledge about the fish and their behaviour including migration, foraging and habitat. The effective use of fishing techniques often depends on this additional knowledge.[9]
Tackle
An angler on the Kennet and Avon Canal, England, with his tackle.
Main article: Fishing tackle
Fishing tackle is a general term that refers to the equipment used by fishermen when fishing.
Almost any equipment or gear used for fishing can be called fishing tackle. Some examples are hooks, lines, sinkers, floats, rods, reels, baits, lures, spears, nets, gaffs, traps, waders and tackle boxes.
Tackle that is attached to the end of a fishing line is called terminal tackle. This includes hooks, sinkers, floats, leaders, swivels, split rings and wire, snaps, beads, spoons, blades, spinners and clevises to attach spinner blades to fishing lures.
Fishing tackle can be contrasted with fishing techniques. Fishing tackle refers to the physical equipment that is used when fishing, whereas fishing techniques refers to the ways the tackle is used when fishing.

PLASMA HDTV

If you are planning to replace your old tube TV with a fancy plasma HDTV but feel worried about the stories of "plasma's burn-in and lifespan issues" here is what you need to know. The latest plasma technology used by reputable manufacturers has the lifespan projections equal to those of LCD screens, which is about 60,000 hours. Depending on your daily usage this may translate to anywhere between 12 and 55 years.
Early versions of plasma displays had an annoying flow - the dreaded "burn-in" or "ghost image" effect. This problem was caused by an ongoing presence of static images such as network logos and browser frames, which over time resulted in permanent damage to the corresponding pixels on the screen. The "burn in" effect has to do with the properties of phosphor used in plasma technology and the way it reacts to light and electrical impulses.
Fortunately, quality manufactures have been working hard to eliminate this effect. In fact, the best brands currently claim to have the burn-in resistance equal to that of a standard CRT screen. This has been made possible by advances in plasma technology such as the use of green phosphor (more resistant to burn-in) and motion adaptive technology. The latter prevents the burn-in effect through microscopic image movements (invisible to the human eye) that prevent static images from etching into the screen.
Plasma HDTV 1080p represents the latest advance in the TV technology. So if you are planning to invest in one here are some important tips for maximizing its lifespan:
1. Plasma monitors are generally more prone to burn-in during the first 200 hours of use. During this time (and even after) it is recommended that you avoid displaying static images for more than an hour. Avoid pausing your DVDs for more than 20 minutes at a time and remember to turn the unit off when not in use.
2. Read your TV's User's Manual and become familiar with its anti-burn-in features. Such features may include running pure gray or white screen settings ("blank screen") to recalibrate the pixels and erase any potential burn-in. This is particularly recommended after the first 100 hours of use and than later, from time to time, based on your usage type. Make sure to follow the anti-burn-in instructions for video games and other static content.
3. Watch everything in full-screen mode to avoid prolonged presence of static black areas around the active frame.
4. Instead of using the manufacturer's default contrast setting, which is usually set to 100%, reduce it to 50% - especially during the first 200 hours of use. The only times when you might feel the need to up the contrast to high is in a brightly lit room. To prevent this, turn the unnecessary lights off and use other practical ways to darken the room while you are watching your plasma TV. Reduce the brightness setting on your TV accordingly (remember "lower is better" for your screen's longevity).
5. Equipment tests have shown that some brands are more resistant to burn-in than others. The top performers include NEC, Sony, Pioneer, and Panasonic. The technology used by Hitachi and Fujitsu (AliS panel type) seems to be more affected with burn-in problems. Also, secondary (less known) brands could be affected with the same problem due to the less advanced technology.
6. Make sure there is sufficient space around your screen to prevent the unit from overheating. Keep it in a well ventilated area.

HDTV –CRYSTAL CLEAR
Have you ever watch a movie on a regular TV set, and then on a HDTV? If you have you would have noticed a massive difference. When you see the movie on a HDTV you notice things that weren't there before even if you have seen the movie a number of times before. The picture is more defined, the colours are clearer and the background is more in detailed. HDTV is like looking out an open window, whereas looking at a standard set is like looking through a dirty beer glass. Standard TV is often referred to as "The Tube" and as such is like trying to see through one.
High Definition Television or HDTV can have optical sound, filmic picture resolution, and a widescreen panoramic view. This is made possible by a true HD digital signal transmitted via satellite or via a Blue ray player. After watching HDTV you'll realize that it's just like watching a movie in a theatre!
What separates standard TV from HDTV is the use of a digital signal. The noticeable difference between the two is that standard TV uses and analogue signal. Digital signals are much faster and therefore the refresh rates are quicker thereby delivering better picture quality. Analogue signals are much slower. Thereby as a result the resolution on a standard TV is much lower. On a standard TV the picture is just not as sharp.
Although the picture quality is superb with HDTV, the sound is also absolutely brilliant. This is a result of the fact that Dolby Digital Sound comes standard on all HDTV's. So not only is your viewing experience enhanced by the picture quality but also by the superb optical sound.
Along with excellent picture and sound, HDTV's can be used in conjunction with your computer. They are easily integrated together with the use of a video compression known as Mpeg2. Once the software is installed this opens up a whole new world to your HD experience! For instance, DVD rom applications can be transmitted to a HDTV, as well as the fact that HDTV programs can be downloaded for use on your HDTV. With this technology the picture is superb.
HDTV"S are more affordable than one might assume. There are many ways to purchase a HDTV. Allot of companies offer special deals that save dollars both in-store and online. Some of these include cash back offers; others include special gifts or gift cards. There are many promotions both online and in-store. That last word on HDTV is that it's affordable and well worth every penny!

HDTV SYSTEM
High-Definition Television (or HDTV) is a digital television broadcasting system with higher resolution than traditional television systems (standard-definition TV, or SDTV).HDTV is digitally broadcast; the earliest implemen tations used analog broadcasting, but today digital television (DTV) signals are used, requiring less bandwidth due to digital video compression.
In 1969, the Japanese state broadcaster NHK first developed consumer high-definition television with a 5:3 aspect ratio, a slightly wider screen format than the usual 4:3 standard. The system, known as Hi-Vision or MUSE after its Multiple sub-Nyquist sampling encoding for encoding the signal, required about twice the bandwidth of the existing NTSC system but provided about four times the resolution. Satellite test broadcasts started in 1989, with regular testing starting in 1991 and regular broadcasting of BS-9ch commenced on 25 November 1994, which featured commercial and NHK programming.
In 1981, the MUSE system was demonstrated for the first time in the United States. It had the same 5:3 aspect ratio as the Japanese system. Upon visiting a demonstration of MUSE in Washington, US President Ronald Reagan was most impressed and officially declared it "a matter of national interest" to introduce HDTV to the USA.
Several systems were proposed as the new standard for the USA, including the Japanese MUSE system, but all were rejected by the FCC because of their higher bandwidth requirements. At the same time that the high definition systems were being studied, the number of television channels was growing rapidly and bandwidth was already fit.A new standard had to be radically efficient, needing less bandwidth for HDTV than the existing NTSC standard for SDTV.
Contemporary systems

Components of a typical satellite HDTV system:1. HDTV Monitor2. HD satellite receiver3. Standard satellite dish4. HDMI cable, DVI-D and audio cables, or audio and component video cables
Besides an HD-ready television set, other equipment is needed to view HD television. Cable-ready TV sets can display HD content without using an external box. They have a QAM tuner built-in and/or a card slot for inserting a CableCARD.[28]
High-definition image sources include terrestrial broadcast, direct broadcast satellite, digital cable, the high definition disc BD, Internet downloads, the PlayStation 3, and the Xbox 360.
High-definition display resolutions
High Definition usually refers to 720 or more lines of video format resolution displayed in a horizontal fashion from top to bottom.
A common native resolution used in HD Ready LCD TV panels is 1366 x 768 pixels instead of the ATSC Standard 1280 x 720 pixels. This is due to maximization of manufacturing yield and resolution of VGA, VRAM that comes with a 768 pixel format. Hence, LCD manufacturers adopt the 16:9 ratio compatible for the HD Ready 1080p video standard. Nevertheless, every HDTV has an overscan processing chipset to fix resolution scaling and color rendering, eg LG XD Engine, SONY BRAVIA Engine. Only when viewing 1080i/1080p HD contents under HD Ready 1080p where there is true pixel-for-pixel reproduction, and for HD ready LCD TV, do some signals undergo a scaling process which results in a 3-5% loss of picture.
It should be noted that the numbers used for "HD-Ready" image resolutions do not constitute acceptable 750- or 1125-line video signals in most standards-compliant hardware; in this respect terms such as "720p" and "1080p" are mostly used for advertising, though that does not necessarily mean that HD-Ready TVs labeled in this manner are incapable of accepting those formats as input.
Additionally, the "Clean Aperture" numbers are almost always contained within the frames of their respective "Production Aperture" numbers (e.g., a 1888×1062 rectangle would be contained within a 1920×1080 frame). This is to maintain compatibility with analog signals, which can often become distorted close to the edge of the frame. It also increases the chance that a digital signal being played on overscan-enabled equipment will display the entire picture visibly.
Recording and compression
HDTV can be recorded to D-VHS (Digital-VHS or Data-VHS), W-VHS (analog only), to an HDTV-capable digital video recorder (for example DirecTV's high-definition Digital video recorder, Sky HD's set-top box, Dish Network's VIP 622 or VIP 722 high-definition Digital video recorder receivers, or TiVo's Series 3 or HD recorders), or an HDTV-ready HTPC. Some cable boxes are capable of receiving or recording two or more broadcasts at a time in HDTV format, and HDTV programming, some free, some for a fee, can be played back with the cable company's on-demand feature.
The massive amount of data storage required to archive uncompressed streams meant that inexpensive uncompres sed storage options were not available in the consumer market until recently. In 2008 the Hauppage 1212 Personal Video Recorder was introduced. This device accepts HD content through component video inputs and stores the content in an uncompressed MPEG transport stream (.ts) file or Blu-ray format .m2ts file on the hard drive or DVD burner of a computer connected to the PVR through a USB 2.0 interface.
Realtime MPEG-2 compression of an uncompressed digital HDTV signal is prohibitively expensive for the consumer market at this time, but should become inexpensive within several years (although this is more relevant for consumer HD camcorders than recording HDTV). Analog tape recorders with bandwidth capable of recording analog HD signals such as W-VHS recorders are no longer produced for the consumer market and are both expensive and scarce in the secondary market.
In the United States, as part of the FCC's "plug and play" agreement, cable companies are required to provide customers who rent HD set-top boxes with a set-top box with "functional" Firewire (IEEE 1394) upon request. None of the direct broadcast satellite providers have offered this feature on any of their supported boxes, but some cable TV companies have. As of July 2004[update], boxes are not included in the FCC mandate. This content is protected by encryption known as 5C.This encryption can prevent duplication of content or simply limit the number of copies permitted, thus effectively denying most if not all fair use of the content.
Broadcast station format considerations
At a minimum, HDTV has twice the linear resolution of standard-definition television (SDTV), thus showing greater detail than either analog television or regular DVD. The technical standards for broadcasting HDTV also handle the 16:9 aspect ratio images without using letterboxing or anamorphic stretching, thus increasing the effective image resolution.
The optimum format for a broadcast depends upon the type of videographic recording medium used and the image's characteristics. The field and frame rate should match the source and the resolution. A very high resolution source may require more bandwidth than available in order to be transmitted without loss of fidelity. The lossy compression that is used in all digital HDTV storage and transmission systems will distort the received picture, when compared to the uncompressed source.
Notation
HDTV broadcast systems are identified with three major parameters:
Frame size in pixels is defined as number of horizontal pixels x number of vertical pixels, for example 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080. Often the number of horizontal pixels is implied from context and is omitted.
Scanning system is identified with the letter p for progressive scanning or i for interlaced scanning.
Frame rate is identified as number of video frames per second. For interlaced systems an alternative form of specifying number of fields per second is often used. Recently the uniform notation of specifying number of frames per second both for progressive and interlaced video has become increasingly popular.
